We are about to lodge a planning application to replace our conservatory and, as a separate project, build a wall in the garden with a small patio. Please find the plans attached. The existing conservatory is no longer fit for purpose and needs replacing. The new one will occupy the same footprint though will not be quite as tall. We will use environmentally and thermally efficient materials with a style in keeping with the area. The proposed wall will separate our drive from the back garden to afford us some wind shelter, a degree of privacy, and, we think, improved appearance. The height of the wall will be below the road level as the ground falls away.
